By accessing and using Retiva (our website and mobile application), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our Service immediately.
2. USE LICENSE
Retiva grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Service for your retail business operations only. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
- Use Retiva for any unlawful or harmful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use Retiva to transmit abusive, defamatory, or harmful content
- Resell or redistribute Retiva to third parties
3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account. Retiva is not responsible for any unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your password.
4. DATA & INFORMATION
You acknowledge that Retiva will store your business data, transaction records, customer information, and inventory details on our secure servers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the system.
5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Retiva aims to maintain 99.9% server uptime. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or security purposes. We will provide notice whenever possible. We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss arising from circumstances beyond our control.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Retiva is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. PAYMENT & BILLING
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Billing occurs monthly or annually depending on your plan. Refunds are not provided for partial months or cancellations. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE & TERMS
We may modify Retiva or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Retiva after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
9. ACCOUNT DELETION
Upon request, we will delete your account within 30 days. Transaction data may be retained in anonymized form for tax and compliance purposes as required by law.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Retiva shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
